Senior Banquet Captain

We are seeking a Senior Banquet Captain to manage banquet service operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with Club’s Banquet/Catering policy and procedures.


Main duties and responsibilities:
To supervise all phases of all type of banquet functions, Coordinate activity on a daily basis. He should also oversee banquet event and ensure that all service standards, departmental policies are followed by banquet staffs.
  1. Meet and greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
  2. Coordinates with the event host on all aspects of the banquet function.
  3. Checks banquet rooms, service, and kitchen areas for cleanliness, proper set up, and make sure sufficient supplies and equipment are available for the function.
  4. Oversee all aspects of assigned banquet function activities, ensuring that food counters are properly set and ready for execution at the appointed time.
  5. Plan the event course and orchestrates its completion in a timely, quiet and courteous manner.
  6. Observe guests to fulfill any additional requests, to perceive when next course should begin, or when meal is completed.

  11. Communicates frequently with function hosts in order to ensure that their needs are being met.
  12. Ensures all guest checks are billed and signed by the host according to planned arrangements.
  13. Monitors the profitability of functions to ensure quality and portion control while minimising waste and broken or lost supplies.
  14. Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum qualifications / experience:
  1. Able to converse in English
  2. Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  3. F&B service background with understanding of Banquet & catering and room setup.
  4. Good interpersonal skills

Waiter / Waitress

You will play an important role in ensuring our members enjoy their meals, and to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

In support of our growing business needs, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic front of house service team as our Waiter/Waitress.


Key traits and qualifications:
  1. Secondary education with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  2. Passionate about customer care and service.
  3. Results and service-oriented.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Detailed, attentive and responsive to members’ needs.
  6. Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Able to perform shift duties, including working on weekends and public holidays.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Greet members and guests as they enter the restaurant and escort them to their tables.
  2. Present menu and provide detailed information on food and beverage-related questions.
  3. Offer menu recommendations on request.
  4. Maintain an updated knowledge of the menu and daily specials.
  5. Take orders accurately including those with special requests.
  6. Input orders into the Micro POS system for order processing.
  7. Work with kitchen staff to deliver food orders promptly.
  8. Serve food and drink orders.
  9. Monitor members’ needs and promptly handle requests and provide assistance.
  10. Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area for members before and during meal service.
  11. Provide excellent customer service to members.
  12. Comply with SOP, workplace safety, health and hygiene policies and procedures.
  13. Responsible for accurate billing and entering of charges into the Micro POS system.
  14. Assist in functions and events set-up.
  15. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
